Blue Mazda 2 said something that reminded me. Chicken parm shitpost. I made chicken parm two weekends ago, and was saving the pictures. Given the uncertainty of all of the websites under G/O control, figure I should post it.

My sister in law is dating a chef who runs one of Wolfgang Pucks restaurants. A few weeks ago he flew to Canada to meet the family for the first time, and to also cook dinner for us. She asked what we wanted him to cook. My response:
Veal Parm, because I'm a terrible person with impeccable taste.

It’s a recipe from Guy Fier e of all things (I know, I know). But I’ve been making this recipe since I found it maybe 4-5 years ago, and it really is a great tasting chicken parm. I don’t even bother to make the sauce. The chicken is the star of this dish, no doubt.

I haven’t had veal parm in years, partially (okay, mostly) because I try not to be a horrible person too . As good as chicken parm is, Veal is superior. I’m jealous.
